Adobe Connect Meeting Guide
Before the Meeting
For the best experience, you will need to download the Adobe Connect application to your computer. We encourage you to download Adobe Connect prior to the meeting to ensure you can access the webinar. To download the desktop application, please click here. Downloading the desktop application is required to attend the webinar.
How to Join a Meeting
To start the meeting:
- Click the URL for the meeting, most likely received in an email or instant message.
To log in to the meeting room:
- Select Enter As A Guest. Type your name to be used as your identifier in the meeting.
- Once you have entered your name, click Enter Room. You will open the room in the application.

Once you enter the meeting room, you will see the following control panel:
To control your volume, click on the icon. Participants will be automatically muted upon entering the meeting room so you do not need to worry about muting yourself.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Upon entering the meeting room, please make sure the sound icon is green. If it is not green, please click on the sound icon. This will ensure your speakers are turned on.
