The topic of discussion is an overview of the different rare neuroimmune disorders. Discussion will include monophasic (isolated occurrence of inflammation) versus relapsing disease (what is considered a recurrence?) and treatment strategies for both.
This meeting is for both adult and pediatrics. We will be joined by Rebecca Whitney, SRNA Pediatric Program Manager, Dr. Cynthia Wang (2016 James T. Lubin Fellowship Award Recipient) and Dr. Yang Mao-Draayer, MD, PhD (Associate Professor, Director of Neuroscience Research in the Autoimmunity Center of Excellence, Multiple Sclerosis Center/Holtom-Garrett Neuroimmunology Program, Neurology Department, University of Michigan)
