Join us for the next meeting of our Southwest Suburban Chicago Support Group.

This casual meeting inside the restaurant will consist of introductions, information sharing, and updates on national and Illinois efforts to support those with transverse myelitis (TM), acute flaccid myelitis (AFM), neuromyelitis optica spectrum disorder (NMOSD), optic neuritis (ON), acute disseminated encephalomyelitis (ADEM), and MOG Antibody-associated disease (MOGAD); their families and friends.

The meeting takes place from 2:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. on Saturday, June 8th at the Naperville Panera Bread Restaurant.
