If you are planning to attend, please RSVP below to receive the login information. We are capping each meeting at a maximum of 25 attendees. The first 25 people to RSVP will receive the login information. Please check your Spam folder if you do not receive an email within 24 hours of signing up.

Here are the details for the online support group meeting that will take place from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, August 15.

First, make sure your computer or phone is compatible with Zoom.

Also, please make sure you mute yourself when you are not speaking. The presenter is able to mute and unmute attendees, but it is easier if we all work together to ensure there is no background noise. Along those same lines, we recommend using headphones if possible. It helps eliminate feedback and makes it easier for attendees to hear more clearly.

Zoom allows for video and audio options. You are welcome to join via your computer and webcam device or you can simply call in via phone. There is no requirement to turn on your camera if you do not want to. If you do attend by phone, you may need to enter the Access Code provided in the login information.

We will start on time to respect everyone’s schedule. Thank you to Dr. Han, Anna, and Support Group Leader Andrea Mitchell for taking the time to join us!

If you have any questions, comments, or concerns before or during the meeting, please contact Jeremy Bennett at [email protected] and he will assist you.
