Partnering with Hands to Heart for Yoga Series

We’ve been excited to offer some opportunities for the SRNA members to have holistic support. We offer a lot of great information and opportunities to connect together, but we believe movement and mental health is also so important!

In June, we started offering a yoga series through the Hands to Heart Center. These virtual Chair Yoga classes are taught by Brigitte from Rooted Boston. The 45-minute Chair Yoga classes practice breath & movement techniques that soothe the mind, improve posture, and work on some strength, flexibility, and balance in the chair. Participants also work on the meditative practices of concentration and relaxation through Yoga.
