Connection

Connection.

It’s something we all want, and something that can be found here.

It’s something we will continue to foster, something we endlessly endorse as people who get it.

We understand how isolating it can feel to be impacted by rare illness.

We understand the hospitalizations and the bills, the “staring-at-your-ceiling” type of restlessness, and the desire to return to who you once were.

We understand that glorious feeling of coming home from the hospital, of finding something new that brings you joy, of talking to someone who understands you and your condition.

We hope this issue of SRNA Magazine spoke to you. We hope you feel invited and seen.

Thank you for reading.

We’ll see you next time for the second issue of SRNA’s 2024 Magazine: Care.
