30 Years. Accomplishments, Connections, and Goals for our Future
There is so much that we have had the privilege of getting to do for the sake of our community over the last 30 years, and there is so much more we have planned for our future. Thank you, all, for being part of our journey.
We will continue to stand by our tenets—we will connect you all as much as we can through support groups, peer connect programs, and social media. We will care for you by providing as many resources as we can to ensure you are knowledgeable about not only the medical side of these disorders, but also on how to live a good life alongside one. We will also continue to host events, such as RNDS, Quality of Life Family Camp, and Walk-Run-N-Rolls to gather people together, and online events to give everyone an opportunity to find community, even when we live all across the globe. As for the cure part of our tenets, we vow to continue our efforts to raise money and fund research that can change lives, and to support all of you as much as we can until the cure for these disorders is found.
In this next segment, we will be sharing some of this year’s resources that we hope you all can find useful, as well as our 2023 annual report and our 2022-2023 research summary, in case you missed them. These resources and our numbers and research represent the accomplishments we’ve obtained after 30 years of diligence.
We will also share our Power of Community giving campaign, which showcases six stories of individuals with these rare neuroimmune disorders. If you are financially able, we invite you to celebrate our 30th anniversary by donating.
We hope you can feel as proud as we do of what we’ve had the opportunity to do for our community!
