Andrea Wildenthal Hanson is a two-time bestselling author, master certified life coach, speaker, and creator of The Health Mindset Podcast. Diagnosed with multiple sclerosis herself in 2000, Andrea coaches people living with autoimmune disorders, helping them to finally feel like themselves again. As well as running her own coaching business, Andrea has two books focused on mindset while living with a chronic illness, Live Your Life, Not Your Diagnosis, and Stop Carrying the Weight of Your MS. Her online community, Autoimmune Rebels, offers people with chronic illness judgment-free support and coaching to help boost confidence as they ditch the FOMO and create better health.

Katherine received her bachelor degree in sociology and Master of Social Work at Louisiana State University. She started her career at the Baton Rouge General Medical Center on their general medicine floor gaining social work experience on all the units there including telemetry, burn, oncology, moms and babies, and the ER. She received her board certification in 1998 from the Louisiana State Board of Board Certified Social Work Examiners.
Katherine has been at the Multiple Sclerosis Program at UT Southwestern since September 2002. She works with a dynamic multidisciplinary team in the MS Clinic and the CONQUER clinic at Children’s Health Dallas participating in research and patient care. She assists adults and children by serving as their advocate, locating resources, providing counseling, support and information, and arranging home and outpatient care. She is the social worker for the Total Life Care and Complex Care clinic within the MS Clinic.
