Tricia Plumb, RN, MSN
University of Texas Southwestern/Children’s Health Dallas
Tricia Plumb earned her BS and Master’s degree in Nursing from the University of Oklahoma. She coordinates educational and research opportunities for Dr. Greenberg’s studies of rare neuroimmune disorders at University of Texas Southwestern/Children’s Health Dallas.
GG deFiebre, MPH
The Siegel Rare Neuroimmune Association
GG deFiebre received a bachelor’s degree from New College of Florida, and received a master’s degree in public health from the CUNY Graduate School of Public Health and Health Policy. GG is currently pursuing a Doctor of Public Health degree at the CUNY Graduate School of Public Health and Health Policy. GG was diagnosed with transverse myelitis in 2009 and is a C6/7 quadriplegic.
Samuel H. Hughes, MBA, CCR
Gene Therapy Program at UT Southwestern Medical Center
Samuel Hughes earned a BS in Psychology and Neuroscience from Texas A&M University, and a MBA in Healthcare Organization Leadership from the University of Texas at Dallas. He’s a research manager in the Department of Neurology at UT Southwestern Medical Center and Children’s Health in Dallas, TX, and he worked for seven years coordinating and overseeing neuroimmunology research under Dr. Benjamin Greenberg. He currently is the manager of the new Gene Therapy Program at UT Southwestern, working to initiate Phase I studies of gene replacement therapy in multiple rare genetic disorders.
